Rooms are ok, but the toilet is below average the wc seats are placed incorrectly. The foods are pricey. The options for complementary breakfast is very very few and rigid combos

Service and staff were really good and attentive. Cleanliness was also good. Your stay will be such that you can advise your friends to try this for their next trip.

Very mediocre service. No tv, no wifi, no hot water for the shower. The only good thing is that the food was good & the staff were nice. But then, no morning tea was there as the canteen opened by 7. Worst of all, the drop facility was non existent, though promised. Had to fetch myself.

The phone was not working has to get ti done. Complimentary bootles were given after complaining. Not so confirtable. Soap was of pathetic quality. When adked fir a good soap. Staff said to purchase from outside. So had to purchase a soap from market to bath. Overall bad experience. Not so recommended

Approach to the hotel is not good. It is in congested area. The photographs doesn't show that. It only gives a goody goody picture about the hotel. Food is average. Services is ok

Cleaning is very bad, cockroaches was in room, water leakage in bathroom, food quality was not upto the mark

1) basic amenities missing like, water. You need to ask water. 2) towel not given. 3) ac not working. Person came and repaired. 4) reluctant behavior.

I had booked two rooms one for me one for my feaunce. They had given rooms us in different floors. We have ordered tea from a room so that we can have water and tea together. They had called us to leave the room. We are not allowed to even sit for a minute in a room. Is this a kind of hospitality. We have asked the reception to allow for snacks and dinner together they asked us to leave the hotel. And at the same time we have left the hotel. Worst management worst hospitality worst behaviour worst staff behaviour.
