It was good budget hotel in central locality (gandhi maidan)very nice tasty food and prompt service, hygeine was good. Clean bathroom

Savera luxury hotel, patna. Very terrible experience. Booked double bed but given two single bed. Very poor housekeeping. Due to emergency requested to extend one day of stay but not considered. Attitude of staff was not good.

यह होटल बेहद खराब है ।कमरे में पानी भरा हुआ है ।और टॉयलेट शावर काम ही नहीं कर रहा। बाथरूम की टंकियां गन्दी हैं। गर्म पानी की केतली के साथ पानी नहीं है। जबकि इस होटल का किराया जो मैंने पे किया है वह इसकी व्यवस्था से कहीं अधिक है। बाथरूम में पानी बिखरने से मैं फिसल गया और मेरा एक पर इंजर्ड हो गया। अब किसी को बुलाकर मुझे दर्द कम करनें की दवा लेनी है। मैं अपने घर पर का भी नहीं सकता क्योंकि वे सब परेशान हो जाएंगे। फूड आदि की तो बात ही भूल जाइए।

It’s a well located decent hotel but not maintained well. I found leakage from basin, no hot water ac was making lot of noise. But the food was good.

The name and the price will misguide you not at all a luxury hotel nor the price justifies the average rooms. Every thing was average. Food was good though

The location was good. Room was big but untidy. It was having some weird smell. Food was good. Staff was helpful.

The hotel is situated close to the main road. The room is very small. Housekeeping is very poor. Lots of noise from the fan and ac. Room service and food is good.

Nice and comfortable stay. Good breakfast and staff is supportive. In dinner, the dish i ordered was not upto the mark, they got it changed.

Decent hotel, location is good. Neat and clean and staffs are courteous. Buffet breakfast was also good with different options. Someone may take reservation in this hotel without hesitation.

Room is unhygiene. Booked club room but allotted some other room due to non-availability. Allotted room was smelling like room was not opened since long. Further, bed sheet was dirty and seems to be reused.

Property location is good, breakfast is good but few options can be changed in menu and few services can be better. No once came on their own to clean the room, there was no mat outside the washroom. For dental cleaning tool, had to call and ask, they could have given it on their own. Not given water bottle, had to ask on daily basis. Room was good, staff was good.

Rooms are bit clumsy. Not much of ventilation and it was claustrophobic. Breakfast was average. Placement of bed in from of air conditioners needs to be change as there was direct impact on the guest sleeping on the bed. Lift was of old style and approach road to the hotel was clumsy and area has lit bit of garbage. Staff was courteous. Toilet seat was not placed properly and has less space to make yourself comfortable while using it.
