Overall a very pleasant stay for us. Excellent view of kanchenjunga from the bed. Amazing food, though the buffet bf menu should have been more lavish. Polite and courteous staff, but no one is around after 9pm. Good location, but local shops are 1km away. Highly recommend for family travellers

Our room no. 203 was excellent. It was neat & clean. Had private wonderful clear view of kanchanjangha & mountain from the room. Bathroom was very clean. Staff was attentive. Taste of food was delicious. Hotel has own travels for sightseeing & pickup -drop facility.

Cheating by hotel ( deluxe room given against booking of super deluxe room)

Given me deluxe room (non-mountain view) against booking of super deluxe room (with mountain view. When objected, the hotel manager could not give me. Cheating happened with me as i booked the hotel for seeing the mountain in the morning. Felt cheated.

We are really satisfied with the hotel rooms that are provided us and the location and food quality of the hotel are awesome. And another thing i must mention the hotel staff are well behaved and co-operate very much.

Rooms were shabby. A terrible vibration and noise was constantly disturbing. Rooms were underground towards the pit with very limited view.

Nice location and great views from balcony but cleanliness was the major issue. Stained bed sheets and used pillow, blanket covers was upsetting but changed on request.

We have booked three super deluxe rooms however one room had full blocked view. And as per hotel only 1 room is premium and other two are normal super deluxe room however charges are same for all the three rooms.

We stayed in super deluxe room. Room was very spacious and had a balcony with a clear view of mountain. Washroom was so big like another room and super clean. The hotel ambiance was amazing in both day and night time. All staffs were very polite. Food in their restaurant was very tasty and good in quantity. They provided buffet breakfast like milk with cornflakes, bread butter-jam with omelet/boiled egg, juice, idli, alu paratha, fruits, tea and coffee. All items were very tasty. The hotel location was superb. Near to sky-walk and rabdentse ruins,

An excellent location with good food and well behaved employees. The only drawback, the property is lacking in maintenance. The best view of the kanchenjunga is from the premium room. Location 5/5 food 4/5 employee 4/5 maintenance 3/5

The room i was assigned had a jcb parked in front of the balcony, despite booking a deluxe room. The receptionist mentioned that rooms booked through make my trip are auto-allocated. This seemed to prioritize direct bookings or those through specific agents. Additionally, the exhaust had an opening that let cold air into the bathroom, compromising privacy. However, i enjoyed the view of kanchenjunga from the restaurant and found the chinese food there enjoyable. I would advise against ordering other cuisines.
