I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel the moment i stepped into the lobby, i was greeted with warm smile, welcome drink and exceptional hospitality. The staff were friendly specially mr surojit was attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I loved the mesmerizing view of kanchanjanga from my room. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Overall, i highly recommend hotel preisha to anyone seeking a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable stay. The staff, amenities, and location make it a true gem! rating: 5/5 stars will i return? absolutely"

The location was awesome, the staff was very polite and cooperative. We have requested them for a room change as we want a better view and they did the same for us. Very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Poor Stay

First of all the pillows, they were so uncomfortable, in-spite of whole day tour and exhaustion wasn't able to sleep, had a shoulder ache next morning, secondly the food options like u can't order dosa at night, what if one wants to eat light food? the aluparatha was so spicy that had couldnt complete the food, and it's quite damp also

Premium room is clean and spacious with good view however there is an issue with the service. Room was not ready if though we arrived 4 hrs after the checkin time. Also the food taste is not upto the mark

Great place to spend your vacation. The premium room was spacious, had a big glass window for a superb view of the hills. 24 hours hot water for bathing and availability of electric kettle for drinking hot water. Breakfast spread was ultimate, like a 5 star buffet. The restaurant too had a great ambience. Front desk were courteous and welcoming. Has parking space for vehicles, though its vegetarian you will not feel the urge to eat non veg as the dishes are chefs specialities. 7 star experienced at udaan pine crest.

Location was good but rest all very poor. No proper laundry, washrooms not cleaned properly, no proper response from room service dept. And in house dining dept. I don't know whether the management is looking at the feedback from ppl. Because basic things were not proper there. I will not recommend any one to stay here.
