Hotel was very good to stay of couple and service is also very good and approximatite within 1. 5 km all sea beach are available, but restaurant was not good, food charge very low amount with huge quantity but poor quality, so please avoid only restaurant but can enjoy hotel

Blankets were stinky. Room was already kept open and ac was on before i checked in, looked like someone was occupying the room before the checkin. Reception staff was rude in approach.

I stayed there for 2 days. I felt very nice and safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. They suggested a few places to visit in pondicherry

First when we checked in, the receptionist gave different room without a bath thub. We asked and then he shifted to the actual room. Bathtub was not functional, tap was broken. Hot water did not come on the first day. The receptionist did not pick the call frequently. While my time they did not offer to clean the room. They did not had chilled water once to drink.

It was a good stay with few things to check with. The landline was not working. Even the washroom was not well maintained having rust in the tube areas of washing basin.

The hotel was neatly maintained and had a very safe stay. It was an alone trip with my kids. Felt very safe and the free breakfast was also good.

Property is located at a prime location of pondicherry. You will find market place and day to day all necessary items. However, coming to the most tragic part is it's quality of rooms. Rooms actually stinks a lot, no proper room service, washrooms do smells a lot. Overall i will definitely not recommend you to go and stay there, unless you want to try these pathetic service. Very disappointed with the hotel overall.

As the money was almost 4k for a single room but neither the service nor the room was upto the mark. Manager was supportive, good, humble but the caretaker staff brought tea which we ordered and started yelling weirdly in the local language. Anyway it was ok only, if i'm being considerate.
