The rooms over here are very good and clean. The staff clean the room every single day. The hotel is very close to white town which makes it very convenient. The owner and staff are very polite and always ready to help. All and all a very good experience.

The main road leading to the entrance of the hotel was dirty. But once inside, the room was definitely cozy.

Pondicherry is all about the beaches, the white town and the beautiful cafes. And the location of bouvana residency makes all these places accessible. The rooms are clean and the staff very cooperative. They do not have an in-house restaurant but food can be ordered online. I only missed a window as the rooms we had did not have any windows. Good affordable stay though.

It was a very good stay with bouvana residency, raju is a very good host and very friendly, the room was neat and tidy, parking is small but the host is helpful in parking the vehicle inside and parking is safe for the vehicle

The room was good and clean however, they do not provide room service and they did not provide us with new and clean towels the next day, so we used the same towels, and pantry is not available too. However for the price, i'm not going to complain.

Hotel located in a very busy area. No car parking. Road in front of hotel is very narrow. If you have a car, don't book in this hotel.

Whenever i go to pondicherry it means i stayed in the same hotel for 2 years. The place is very calm and silent. Staff are free and friendly. The perfect stay. I really recommend the place

The hotel is poorly managed and seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experiences in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferent. The room was dust central and car parking was small and the security guy irritates too!
