The location of the property is really great. Food was good too with almost all the options. Service was quick. We really loved our first stay at club mahindra puducherry. The food is a bit costly but i think we still spend the same money outside. The morning vibes were awesome as we were able to see the sunrise from the property's private beach. You'll definitely hear and see peacocks roaming around. The rooms were quite spacious. Overall, i would rate my stay as 5 star

This been my second trip to this resort and first been 9 yrs back. This place never disappoints. Property is well maintained and top notch service. Food is outstanding.

An "undecided" kind of experience 50-50

Even though the overall experience was decent, there were certain hygiene issues which need to be highlighted. Stray dogs were seen in the area - even in the pool. The dogs used to sit right next to the stairs which took us to our room and at night it was scary. So in-spite of having such a beautiful place to walk, coming down for night walks was ruled out. There were lizards in the rooms. So even though we had two rooms practically we were stuffed in a single unit. However, the good part was the staff. Would rate 5-star. Always ready to assist with a smile. Food and overall timelines were good. The beach access was the best part. Activities were all ideal. And the property itself is lovely. Overall an undecided kind of experience. For the ambience, courteous staff and overall food experience it is good but for reasons mentioned above it is a negative. If you were to ask "given a choice will you visit again" i think my answer would be no.

Activities can be made little expensive or given as combo package, if guests are availing multiple activities. Prior to check in, a day or couple of days before, resort can contact either through phone or whatsapp to inform about the check in formalities.

Excellent resort food is good location is drawback every-time u have to pay 1900 to go city center and come back beach is good. Pool is good if family love to enjoy inside the resort it's best option overall

Great food by the beach, location in the mist of nature abounding flora and fauna, modern amenities with the least disturbance to nature. Care for the guests while preserving the nature around.

A pleasant stay at pondy dinner at sea view by chefs. Melwin, danasekar service. Thiyagarajan, noushad were welcoming and we really enjoyed the food

1. We weren't informed that there was no pool. 2. Check out time is early as they have to sanitize and clean for the next guest but did they not see cobwebs? 3. It was our anniversary and i had asked for a cake to surprise her and i had to call again past midnight to remind them. The truth is, front office didn't even share that information to the chef or whoever is responsible for ruining the moment. 4. The only good thing about the resort is that there's a beach in front which i think shouldn't be a reason for you to spend so much.

Location is good, food is excellent and tasty, but rooms are sorry to say but worst all safety measures are good, but rooms are upto the marks to the price we have paid, just for environment and premises and food we have to pay and stay not at all for rooms.

Really not worth it. Spent rs. 15000- for two rooms only to find stray dogs all around the property. Also the food was average and the response from the staff at the restaurant was really very bad. For every single activity they charged abnormally. Pay 15000- and get only a basic room and an average breakfast. Not worth visiting.
