First the name is deceptive. Its not villa. It just a lodge. Its in 1st floor of a building. Staircase, corridors are not clean, very dirty. No room service, no dustbin in the room. No toiletries provided. Just one towel given. Linens are not clean. No parking near the hotel. No power back up for ac or 3 pin plugs ponits. No room service, stayed for 4 days, but no one came to clean the room

Property's location was on main road so that was great, the room was good too, fast service. Liked our stay!
