The fin-ix residency was not worth the money and could have been better at lower price. They offer room for 4 people as family room but the bed only occupies 3 people. There are no two doubled beds as expected. Location is good and beach is under 1 km and eatery places are nearby. Vegetarian option at t aka pizza or jiyo veg restaurant or restaurant downstairs for mexican

The property was overbooked so we were transferred to a different property by same owner. It looked new and had all the basic amenities. We got a terrace room and it had views of ocean. Overall - the stay was hassle-free. Can consider if you're just looking for a place to meet your basic amenities.

I was put into another hotel in sai inn and hotel staff told that fin-ix residency is full. Sai residency rooms are dirty walls and rooms filled with cigarette smell. No room service. While hotel boys are demanding cleaning chatges

The location of this property is great and it’s centrally located in white town. While booking was for 4 adults, bed was given to 3 adults, and extra bed was charged for 4th one n. Poor room service, lift was not working, have to walk up. All the floors. No breakfast or any meal as advertised. It’s an average hotel and not for great holidays. Have a personal look before check in

Rooms are terrible like in room they were so many inspects there and rooms weren’t upto the mark and washroom was also not good in condition. So yea it was terrible experience

The room was clean and neat and the people there were very much friendly. Overall experience was great and they did not mind looking after the luggage for couple of hours even after the checkout. I'll definitely recommend it for anyone.
