I would like to share my story. We got caught in cyclonic rain yesterday and we had to check out today. The hotel owner along with his staff helped us a lot. They arranged cab for all the guests, made sure we all had breakfast before leaving. The staff carried our luggages and made we all sure we all get inside the cab safely despite heavy rains and knee-reaching flood on the road. I have never seen such a humane act from any host. We owe him a lot and pray for his good health and fortune. Apart from this the rooms were clean and up to the mark service-wise. Thank you sir!

Hotel karai staff/management is new and less experienced. Overall service is like a guest house, doesn't feel like a good quality hotel. They provide cold packed breakfast and don't provide tea or coffee. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone

Good hotel. Staff is also very good but they have charged us 1000 rupees extra as check in time is 12pm and we have reached their at 7am. Overall experience is very good

It’s very good location in pondy, well maintained rooms worth for the tarif. Note: but internal service they have to improve with fixing a professional manager to handle the hotel managment

Hotel is decent & good. But pillows are not clean. Not provided towels in the rood. No bucket & mug. Have to ask everything. Restaurant not giving importance to the guest who is staying in their. They asked us to order in swiggy or zomato because of heavy growd. Overall decent place to stay but poor service.

The hotel is good place to stay but they need to focus on their hygiene. There were stains on the bed which they replaced once we pointed it out. Their customer service is good but they need to focus on their hygiene and quality of life. Also, they serve breakfast at 8:00 am which is very late for travellers who like to travel early.

We booked two room, bathrooms did not have proper ventilation, car parking is a big issue. Morning food is good, location is good

Wash room no bucket and mug, room service worst, no one lifting the call for room service, water bottle not there, and for electric kettle is damaged and covered with cello tapes we afraid of to use, charged too much rs. 3700 is not good for that hotel, morning breakfast not available in the restaurant, overall useless

Property is located at prime location, and it is easily accessible by bus route. Food was not part of my package amenities & services were good.

While check in by 6. 30 am as well as while check out by 11. 30 am no one was there at the reception. After 10-15 minutes person came from tea shop otherwise room was clean and neat

Smelly room and dirty ac vents

The room was too small and importantly smelly. The in charger person who showed the room, did nothing to make things better. I had to keep the door open to let some fresh air in. The ac vent was dirty and it being right on top of me gave me a very bad headache.
