Stay was comfortable. Pros. Near to rock beach just 5 min walk. All restaurants in white town surrounds this hotel. Service is good, cons. Parking of vehicles is difficult as they will park the vehicle in some shed space about 1km from hotel if not available in road nearby. Breakfast average, food quality need to be improved.

I wish i could give a negative rating. They are literally ripping you off. We had to stay in small smelly room, may be 8x8. The rooms starts and ends as soon as you enter. Looks like many of photos uploaded are fake and so are reviews. There are photos that has pool but there is no pool in the hotel. The rooms are smelly and unclean. There is no proper ventiallation and there are 2 small windows which opens up to some pipes and rear portion of the hotel. There was a lizard in t eh bathroom and and our daughter was dead scared to go to bathroom and probably there was bedbugs as well. Whole night there was so much of noice and sound, i dont know what was happening.

Abosulute classic and french style cafe, the breakfast buffet was yum, especially the chicken sausage, would love to visit once more

Over priced & 4 times called via intercom for room service but unfortunately no body received, no proper lighting in the room, ac not worked properly.

The hotel scores only for its location. Classic rooms are small with ergonomic issues. Rooms have started showing their age. However, the most disappointing is the breakfast. Forget spread, even refill takes time. Severely mismanaged - understaffed, no bowls present for taking liquid items have to keep asking staff multiple times. And they will keep only one jug of fruit juice - causing mayhem and rush among-st guests. And after 3-4 jugs they replace it with canned juice.

The room was good. We booked room with balcony which was good for taking photos. Hotel staff were very good. Breakfast could be better

Bathroom were unclean. Breakfast had no options. Service was very slow. Room was ok. For the price of rs 8500 it was not at all worth

Loved + walkable to beach + roof top open to sky bistro + spacious room could improve + breakfast buffet - may be we stayed during weekdays and there were only fewer other guests the buffet only had very limited item + breakfast coffee was watered down

Overpriced. Concept of service is alien to them. They are over charging simply for their locational advantage. Barring that the rest is best left unsaid.

The hotel is located in the heart of the french quarter. It is in close proximity to all the cafes as well as the rock beach. The hotel has in house restaurants as well as a bakery. Great ambience. The in-house restaurants have a great menu spread and offers delicious food items. Great customer service. All the happening places in the french quarter are within walking distance.

Location was excellent but housekeeping was non existence. Room was not cleaned despite three requests. Finally only bin was emptied but room was not swept and bathroom not cleaned. Staff were pleasant but not very helpful. We stayed three nights. Got buffet breakfast only on the first morning. The other two were a la carte only after request. The kitchen hadn't opened even at 8. 30am and we had to run around trying to find the staff. As a result we were late for our 9am tour. Service in general was poor. Hotel ok for couples but not families. "superior balcony" is just a balcony with pots. Can't sit out or enjoy.

We stayed for 3 days in pondicherry. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it's very near to beach. The room was not that big for 3 people to share. Restaurant food was good breakfast was not so much. Very less options. Price is on higher side only because of location it seems. Rest all are average.

The property is located in a good spot in the french town and is hygienic and maintained well but is otherwise a normal property with small rooms and just about a decent breakfast. One may hence consider the price being paid and the facilities obtained when booking this property.
