There is no restaurant or kitchen available. So it’s hard to arrange food when we want to have something in the hotel.

The location was nearby white town and promenade walk food was available at a nearby restaurant which the hotel has a tie up with and the food was good. The room service was good and the staff was very helpful. The rooms themselves were fine, but a little smaller than expected but not a huge issue. All this for a very reasonable price.

Room just ok and tv not running, both room super, clothes very nee t and clean balcony very very worst and door locks broken, date expired snacks is there for eating.

We had a nice cozy stay. Even tge beach is just 500 meters away so very easily you can walk. Have nice restaurants nearby too.

No car parking available. I had to park my car on busy street. Yellow colour towels. Broken bathroom fittings.

This property is about to discontinue their operations no proper amenities, very bad experience. Mmt please do review before on-boarding hotels in your platform. I lost my confidence in booking future booking through mmt.

I will start with checkin, after checkin there is no water for bathing or washroom, we have called staff many times they fixed the problem after 2-3 hours, there is no complimentary items including water bottle they will charge for every item, they make fool on complimentary items please don't eat anything from cupboard, there is no proper service like cleaning

The hotel is not as clean and well maintained as in the pictures. There is some construction going on in one of the floors and there were some rats running outside the rooms. The staff were very helpful, only problem was the state of the hotel because of the poor maintenance.

Such a wonderful place to stay and the highlight was promenade beach and every tourist places and shops were near by and also they provide rented vehicles at low cost, cleanliness and services were amazing.I will recommend this place to everyone who wants experience the best in Pondicherry at reasonable price.
