not so good experience.. 1. room was congested compared to a double room for three persons 2. night attendant support was not good, provided towels only after asking, didn't provide washroom support pouch on second & third day, provided water bottle only after request, that too only one, only once, refused to give water bottle on checkout day 3. night duty attendant was not aware what we booked. refused to provide additional mattress or breakfast initially. only after our insistence he checked and provided extra mattress and breakfast 4. breakfast on first day was provided late (9.00 a m. whereas our vehicle for site seeing waited from 8.45 to 9.30 just because we were delayed for breakfast 5. housekeeping support was poor. chaddar was just rearranged, not changed. fresh towels were not provided, toothpaste-soap-shampoo not replenished, sea sand in bathroom & room not cleaned, hangers for hanging clothes were squarely refused saying we don't provide hangers only two positive points 1. rooms were new, seemingly new construction or recent renovation. color scheme of room, bathroom and tiles in bathroom were fresh and pleasant 2. support by day duty attendant/manager was good and professional. he was supportive, knowing details of booking and was ready to help whenever required. he arranged breakfast well in time on second day due to which we could go for sightseeing as per plan. overall... very less value for money compared to the room charges and three star claim.. never felt we are living in a three star hotel 😡

It was a very good stay. Rooms and washrooms were very clean and neat. Staff were also very coordinative. Since it is present in city center we could cover many places on time making our trip more memorable. Thank you.

Location and cleanliness is good but pictures are misguiding, the balcony was very small and not shown as in pictures parking is huge problem in this hotel, its a narrow alley, taking in is difficult, bringing out is nightmare housekeeping staff is minimal in hotel breakfast included room i bought, but they gave me breakfast purchased from outside which is not fair as i could have done that myself at a cheaper cost for room without breakfast location of hotel is within 2 km of all major tourist spots and north indian restaurants also available like chillis at walking distance. Fan in room was not working on hi speed only on low speed they didn't have any other room also for me when asked overall the room was expensive in terms of value for money and the services available

We had a nice pleasant stay with our family at this property last week. It's in a great location, close to the beach and other attractions. One thing they could improve is their room service. Sometimes they take a while to respond, even after a few reminders.

Room was large and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is also good for getting to all the tourist spots. Hotel stored luggage after check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here next time.
