Property is well maintained. Good rooms, staff support, food price is on the average and quality of food is excellent. We loved their swimming pool and the playing area was maintained with a lawn, good for kids.

Terrible experience at nala resort, pondicherry i had a very disappointing stay at nala resort, pondicherry. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there was water leaking, which made it even worse. The overall service was poor. When we ordered food, they counted more rotis than we had actually ordered. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff initially refused to accept it. After some time, they finally agreed, but the experience was very frustrating. This was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve had. I booked through makemytrip and did not expect this kind of service. I do not recommend staying here.

The stay was pleasant. The staff was courteous and the food was good. Only issue was the bathroom. It had multiple issues. Sink was overflowing, water dripping from ceiling right below the pot and water logging after the bath. After complaining to reception the sink was fixed but water was still dripping from the ceiling

Rooms are horrible here. Very small with very old wood with lot of stains. Location is nice but the beach is very dirty.

Pros: resort is maintained well. Greenery with good lawn well maintained swimming pool beach entrance from resort reasonable pricing for restaurant food beach view cons: far away from rock beach or paradise beach rooms are not maintained well and old style cost is high for the room small rooms no regular room cleaning or water bottle providing

Location premises are clean and it would be better if the rooms are also maintained in the same way and the food menu in breakfast wasn't sufficient and there are limited items offered.

Location is good but approaching road is very bad. Its not worth it. Service was very bad, we booked elite room at first they given a normal room and when we complained they given us elite room after 1 hr waiting. Lees staff poor service. Less number of menu items available.

Nala eco beach is good place for those who like to stay in calm, place located near to beach is added advantage. Food and breakfast is good. 2 wheelers are available, on rent. Staff is very supportive and guide us for tour plan. Reset is located on outskirts of pondicherry. And takes around 10 minutes to reach city

It is easy to find the hotel location and located on the main road to pondicherry. Loved the hotel ambience and scenic view from the hotel to beach was good as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it is good but the main drawback is the room amenities and quality which never worth for the price

Location was good, for cv oust not worth. There was no any cupboard to keep our valuable, clothes and other things. Pillow and bed spreads are average, price looks like a star hotel rage but room'not worth.
