It's very bad experience. Washroom is not clean. Their is no smart card for room entrance door. Camper to r kn grand. R kn hotel is very bad to stay. I'm not taken photos.

Best fit for familie

Awesome hotel with all required facilities. Well maintained. Highly recommended for families. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough for one person. Got last minute booking with best rate in makemytrip. Only drawback is not getting enough car parking at night.

The lock was not working. The flush in the washroom wasn’t working. They had other rooms available. However they did not give us another room. Overall it was not a great experience

The hotel is just a dingy, unwelcoming venue that has nothing 3 star about it. From room quality to facilities, everything was horrible. Not recommended for any category of traveller.

Please note there are two hotels with slight difference. We had a confusion with the same. We are supposed to book r kn grand hotel and we booked r kn hotel. Here extra bed is rs 600- way to high.

Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) I recently stayed at RKN Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel is in a convenient location with spacious rooms and very clean bathrooms. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Additionally, ample parking is available, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Worst hotel to book. No restaurant. Limited options for room service. Very delayed service. Rooms with many mosquitos. Dirty had to checkout within a day.

Bathroom not good, fan making more noise, ac not working properly. Bathing kit, tooth kit not provided. Only one bathing towel they provided for 4 ppl stay.

Worst hotel room in my experience all of south india that too in a city like pondicherry known for tourists from all over the world. Hotel was almost in worn out condition, my room was 135, which i checked out within 45 minutes of checking in. Room was pretty old and the twin beds were full of bed bugs, it started to itch my whole body after 10 minutes on the bed, mosquitoes were present in all nook and corners of the room, the shabby curtains, bed sheets, towels were not helpful either. My request for a change of room was also turned down by the attendant claiming no vacancy, when i could easily guess the rooms were clearly not full. I had search for another hotel at 2 in the morning as it was early check in, where i paid for full room charge plus 800- extra for early check in. Horrible and unforgettable, not happy with make my trip either for not checking before enlisting such cheap hotel in the platform.
