Wasnt like a proper hotel was a residential building in which 1 floor was converted into hotel and also the landline wasnt working and mostly no one would be in the reception

The rooms were clean though the ac was not working properly. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Poor room service. For the mentioned price, the room can be maintained better and the ac needs to be fixed as well.

I never experienced such a ridiculous hospitality from this hotel. Basic register of check-in and check-out not maintained. Our room was booked till 11am. The reception person called me at 6am and told me to vacate immediately with my old parents. Even though we told him regarding our check-out time at 11am. Still he pressured us to vacate, since he wrongly committed to another guest. What kind of hospitality experience they are providing to the guest, that too being a senior citizen guest. How they are treating with inhuman way. This hotel is unfit to be in this industry, without basic quality and manners. Please think before you book the room in this hotel.

Room was small however was clean. Concerns were, there was no immediate assistance from the staff and no hot water when required.

I was very disappointed to book this hotel due to the reasons below: 1. Room is very small and has no ventilation. 2. Room smells too much. 3. It's not suitable for family/couple. 4. No proper restaurant near. 5. Paredise beach it's 17km far. 6. Not provided hot water and said some pipe lekage.

West side room provided by the receptionist, so from 2pm to 6pm too hot. Ac is not working. My purpose of visit for attending relative marriage and the marriage time is 6. 00 am to 7. 30. Next day water heater is not completely workout

No power backup. Room is full of mosquitoes. Almost spoiled the trip as we couldn't sleep in the night. Thanks for the 'manipulated reviews' by make my trip. You guys literally made my trip the worst

It was a good stay for the family. Management was helpful even when reached late at night. The place was very clean and there was also enough space for parking. Overall experience was very good i will recommend this for family and friends stay.

The hotel room was nice but the service is not there. The person at reception is often missing with no in house restaurant in place. Also the room service happens at 2 pm which is difficult to do as tourists are out at that time. Overall, an okay stay for 2-3 days

Not too far from prominent locations. Room is okay for stay for a night or two. Car parking is there, round the clock security. Star biriyani outlet nearby and a supermarket as well. Breakfast was mentioned in the meal plan but neither they offered nor i asked. As the room is small we thought it is good that we had it from outside.

The stay was decent, well maintained. The staff were very helpful. The wi-fi connection was okayish and is manageable for most of the tasks. Can go white town in 15mins max on a two wheeler. The hotel doesn't have restaurant facilities which is a mandate for any place. The hotel doesn't have laundry facilities. The morning breakfast which they give as complementary is something of their choice, the guest cannot have a choice of their food. The hotel cannot even serve tea or coffee to the guests. Despite all the above minuses they charge heavy amount for per night stay. For me staying for 3 nights cost me nearly rs. 8000 which is huge.

Hotel is highly recommendable for family. They have hygienic and plea-sent envt. In the hotel and also safety standards are too good.
