Despite reminder of my arrival at 02:30 am, the room was not ready. The toilet had feaces not flushed. The bedsheet and bedcover were dirty and were replaced on asking at 02:45 in the morning. The tv channels were not coming and despite reminders, the reply was, there is some technical issue. Basically they don't recharge the cable connection and make a fool out of customers. Basically felt cheated by paying a big amount of almost rs 3000 a day for three days.

I want to say make my trip that don't fool customers. The offline rate of hotel is 1300 per day and you are charging 2k per day. I mean what level of commission you are charging. The rate is completely overcharged. It's not worthy completely. Please stop fooling customers. I am fully unhappy with the rates what you are charging.

Staff were warm and super friendly. They attended immediately on a call. They recommended places to see and even arranged rental vechicle for us to explore. Rooms were super clean. Bathrooms to my surprise was spacious and clean. Good stay for families and couples. This will be my proffered hotel in pondy.

I stayed here for 2 days. The room was clean and the staff is also polite. However, the wi-fi was not working. They told me that it will be repaired the next day. However, it was not working the next day as well. Overall, decent stay

It was good, friendly staff, and some what near to beach about 1. 5 km but not centre of white town, but much better but rooms are little bit small

The rooms were neat and clean, though they were small in size. I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay for a short period. It’s also close to all the attractions.

Hotel is in city center. Which is nearby of market. Rooms are little bit small size. We need to request for ammenities like wifi, tv. Hotwater & air-condition are ok. Connectivity is good. Go for it for a short stay & not suggested if you are one who expecting for a joyful & holiday stay

The room, bed and bathroom were very clean. The staffs were good and helpful. This place is nearly 1. 2 kms from the promenade beach and also close to many shops and eateries. This single standard room is ideal for a person, it has a single bed, ac, tv, mirror and a small shelf to keep any things. They provide a bottle of mineral water, toothpaste, soap as complementary.

The rooms are decent but a bit congested. Has got Ac,Tv,Water heater. Wifi didn't work properly. The location of this hotel is 1-2 km from white town (walkable) .The hotel is situated in the middle of a street, surrounded by local shops making the location very busy. There are no parking services.

The location is in centre of buzzing bazaar. Hotel cleanliness was very well maintained. Location is very easily accessible from promenade beach.

For couple of days this guest house is gud basic facilities they gave like a/c, hot water, small room but clean, lift. Front office people was helpful l and polite.

The location is also not good. No food facility. No Parking No use of intercom. No dining hall / area. Room size too small. Approx 9x9feet. no facility of renting a bike. We have to arrange everything.

Standard double bed room which we booked but they allotted single bed room for 3 people which is very hard to adjust. 3 people on single bed with a conjusted room which is very hard no clean

The hotel is very clean, strong wifi, hot water, ac, window! Very recommended. A bit pricey though.
