The room was good location is ok food - good and enough for 1 person like i m full after having that services are also good. There are cctv all around the corridor so it's a good thing. Overall it's 4. 5/5

Last minute i booked this hotel but i feel good after i visit this is an apparentment but doesn't feel like that felt like a 3 star hotel and with the amenities they provide the room is very spacious at this cost it is very good

Everything was good irrespective of a few things, the staff was helpful but as promised there were no refrigerators in the room, no umbrella provided no in house restaurant/ kitchen, the tv was having only regional channels and no hindi movies. The rest of the staff was nice.

Good and clean rooms and they were arranged rental bikes as well but bit more costly than other stores. The hotel location is not good.

Hotel is good. We stayed for 5 nights and it was comfortable. Location is perfect as it's away from noisy roads but with a vehicle, everything is accessible within 5 mins. They do not offer any food, you can either get food from local street vendors or order on delivery apps from nearby restaurants. We faced only 1 issue, there was cockroach and lizard in the room, had to call housekeeping to get rid of it.

Stay was good. Rooms were as shows in the picture. Only concern i had was of the location. The roads towards the place was narrow, and parking space is limited

Heavily charged for early check in

Bedsheets were not cleaned properly and basic things like toothpaste was not provided (although this is expected given the price. But my main concern was they asked me to pay half day price extra for early check in of 4 hours.

It was a great experience at sornalaxmi residency. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were helpful. Breakfast is good. Silent atmosphere. Hereafter whenever i go to pondicherry i'll definitely stay here.
