it was a great 1 night stay - the area was amazing for photography 📸 the rooftop was great to watch all around the reception was cooperative to arrange pickup

The stay at french villa was good. We didn’t faced any issues and the beach was very near to villa. The french villa member was very active and friendly. Overall the stay was good.

The location and stay is good. But no proper response from the property. They don't even call me back and ask what i want. No proper response from the reception. They are not treating all customers in the same way.

It's not worth the money i paid. Not so hygienic. Very small place. Not good for family. It's near to beach but beach not visible. There is no helper for anything. Only 1 person at reception won't even get out of his chair even to show room. Simply waste of money.

Good and comfortable stay. Alex was very helpful. Good location. Every cafe and rock beach is in walking distance. Suitable for young people mostly as it doesnt have lift, so might be difficult for our parents. Otherwise comfortable stay.

We booked a double family room to accommodate three people and another deluxe for two people. But they were on two different floors so we took one room in the same floor(we paid for a bigger room but we stayed in the smaller one as it was late in the night and wanted to be on the same floor. The family room was decent but the smaller room was bad. The washroom was bad and had termites, room too small, there was a big window that opened into the corridor and an insufficient curtain that allowed light inside and people passing by could see from the corner. The pillow covers and sheets were stained. They probably were washed but still had stains which is still icky.

No lift was there and it was not mentioned so was feeling tired to climb again and again and no room service to but the guy was polite and room was decent spring bed was bit old and very disturbing location was great since it was very near to the rock beach and most of the famous restaurants

We booked sea view room, their sea view rooms are only rooftop one. Which is at 5th floor. There's no lift. Rooms are too small. Washroom taps and showers run very slowly. One can barely have bath in that flow. They told, since it's top floor, flow is low. If these many known issues are there, then the room rent should also be less. But they charged us 6k per night for the room. There's no cupboard, no doormat inside room. And after one bed and a table there's no space left. We couldn't open our luggage properly. Also there's no parking. Need to park outside on the road

Ac is ok, beds and bathrooms are not clean and there is no restaurant in house, you wont find receptionist everytime

I recently stayed at the the french villa and had an incredible experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, close to major attractions and transport links. Overall, my stay was excellent, and i would highly recommend the french villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was good and reasonable for that price. Location is also good. As for food we eat outside. If i have to give a constructive criticism it would be the bathroom.

They cancel-led my stay and gave me an alternative which was 15 kms from my initial stay and this was not my first nada experience from mm t previous one was similar i dont know why mm t have lowered their standards

The best part of this property is not the location, which in itself is amazing, but the staff. They are very helpful and warm. I had a lovely stay. I recommend this to all l travel-ling solo to pondi.

The stay at french villa was very comfortable and we would have gotten to know about this hotel without the information provided by makemytrip. Thr greatest advantage is the hotel provided me few hours of extra time after regular check outs making our journey pleasent. Thanks to french villa and make my trip.

Lack of basic amenities

Property has no lift and to our surprise they put us on the 2nd floor, extremely narrow stairs. Basics such as kettles, water bottles, tea bags etc. Not available in the room. One of the rooms has water spilling from bathroom to the room. Ac not working. They are short staffed and staff is not helpful. Mostly disgruntled
