Fantastic place to stay

This is a big property in the heart of the city. Well maintained, very spacious place to stay. We have stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days overall experience is very good and looking forward to stay here once again. The food was very tasty and they had a lot of variety. The staff is very humble and curtious. Service is very quick. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Overall 10 on 10 experience.

The property might be little away from beach but they have parking and amazing rooms, even room service is pretty good

Room looks a bit tired. Usb ports on one side not working. Maintenance guy exchanged port unit from another room, but it stopping working on day 3. Bathroom door handle kept falling off inside the bathroom. No hooks behind bathroom door for towels. Staff both housekeeping and restaurant were excellent though.

It's a 3 star hotel, charging 5k per room but the service and utilities were the worst. When we arrived and wanted to use the bathroom in our rooms to get freshen up - the water started to fill brown in color - it was the same in all our rooms. When we informed them there was no proper response and the issue wasn't resolved even when we were checking out the next day. One of the bathrooms didnt have the door to separate shower area and also no partition or division in between the bathroom and shower area - so whenever you used water in the shower area it would wet the complete bathroom. There were no tissue papers placed in the room. The power sockets were not working properly - the charger wouldn't fix into it - only 1 socket was working that was where the kettle was placed, so i had to use that to charge my phone.

Very bad attitude & discipline towards customers. Need to be bit benevolent in handling clients. Must portray class generosity attitude towards customer.

One of the best and pleasant stay at pondicherry. Spent peaceful time with my family. Excellent stay at hotel subwaymanor.

The stay was ok the staff were not cooperative, for a two days booking they have given one day one room the other day different room, this will disturb the stay. Overall not a great experience at the sunway manor

The food is good, but the service is not that good. Need to call multiple times to get a water bottle. The location "pondicherry" is suitable for either non-indian or person who speak tamil well for a festival day like diwali. Because the local people respect the foreigners and give love to their naives.

Smelly bathrooms, broken bathroom fittings, no toiletries, kid stays for free as claimed - yet charged for extra bed for a 6 year old.

Great ambience with courteous staff. The food was very delicious and fresh. It has a wide range and variety unlike other restaurants. The rooms were spike and span and it was clean and hygienic. Overall it was a pleasant and a great stay for a memory that lasts a lifetime.

It was good experience. From security to manager all people were professional. I liked their hospitality. We had travel-led over night reached hotel at 8am and we were very tired. We requested for early check-in and they were so kind and generous that they gave us an hour early check-in which was very much appreciated. Overall excellent service.

Flawless checkin process, clean and neat rooms with all the equipments in working condition. Swimming pool is quite big to play with kids and it's well maintained, mainly the chroline levels are less which is good for everyone. We had a good variety of spread for the breakfast buffet and all the items were great.
