The hospitality was very bad and the staff were very arrogant as the hotel is just opp to the railway station the demand was high.

One if the terrible experience with the parking, the hotel does not have any parking space. People travel-ling in own vehicles be cautious while booking since near by auto stand people will frighten you to move vehicles and state its auto stand. Hotel staff will ask to park in a place where auto are also parked, you will end up with auto man frightening you to move vehicles else will face vehicle damage.

Worst behaviour from hotel receptionist

Worst stay ever i had. Before i reach the room from a function that hotel persons opened the room with another key and kept all my bags outside. I checked in at 11. 30 pm marg i attended a function and came to hotel at 11. 30 am before i reach they removed all my stuffs from my room.

This is my regular hotel which i used to stay every month which is good. One request from my side, they have to change the morning breakfast food menu which is very less items when compared to other hotels

The rooms were very untidy. Fresh towels were torn and wet. Ceilings in the room are covered with fungus. Bathroom was clean and that was the only good thing. Besides the attached restaurant served excellent food at economic price.

Not clean and no privacy

I got the key for the room 208 when i enter i feel the bad smell and then side glass door doesn't have lock which was broken, then i got into room 104 again the same lock issue, service person is saying it is no issue u can stay here, when the glass door was not locked how i can sleep peacefully with my laptop and wallet, there is a place where one person can jump into your room in both room 208 and 104. Then i raised complaint and got the room 101, which was ok. Feel bad smell in bed, pillow and towel. Better avoid staying here,

Terrible Stay

Full of mosquitos, after multiple reminder. They have not cleaned both rooms bathroom not cleaned ac is not working, after complaining. This trip, parents are their, they are scinior citizen. The entire family has a horrible experience. I am still in the hotel please refund my money immediately

overall nice stay

It was a very good experience and a comfortable stay with family and we don't find any issues. It's just opposite the railway station and the location is close to the beach and the botanical garden in a walkable distance. Room size also quite spacious the staffs are polite and helpful. Food is also good. Overall it's nice and recommended.

Okay, not good and not excellent

I have booked his hotel around rs 6400- for two days, i think the price was very high by comparing the facilities/services with the hotel. First there is no car parking, i have to park my car on road, this is a busy street, possibility of scratching/damaging of car. Atmosphere/ ambience of the room also not upto the mark.

Fantastic service. But the rooms are old, majorly broken and need a major over haul and in need of urgent maintenance. The front desk person and room service person trying their best to help to the best of their ability.

There was continuous construction sound and the water tap from the bathroom was leaking whenever i was turning it on. The room was also a bit dirty as there were cockroaches
