The stay was average. Mosquitoes were in the room although the staff service was good but the bedsheets were also not so clean

As we all no always best make my trip kudos to all member and company. A wonderful experience was all the help i got from the team. A very sophisticated and helpful experience and i highly recommend make my trip thankyou

Terrible Stay

Cellphone connection is the worst inside the hotel. Food available in the hotel overpriced, taste is below quality compared to the price. No cleaning inside the room, bathroom not cleaned, commode cover was broken, no soap or accessories provided. The bedsheet provided in the room was very dirty, the floor was not cleaned, insects and mosquitoes were inside the room at all times. The staff was very unprofessional, not trained at all. Worst experience ever. No

I travel-led to andaman on 4 days trip with my family. The hotel is located in the centre of portblair where all your main attractions are just within 6km and you have all transports available nearby. As it was a last minute booking on mmt. Mm t didn't let me to book 4 adult in 1 room. All hotels were full. I had no other option so i made booking as 4 in 2 rooms. The host was really helpful he understood our issue and he have us a spacious 1 big room and an extra bed for us. I really felt happy and he really made our trip smooth by offering us few water activity agents on discounts. The host was good and helped us alot and the hotel was also clean.

The hotel is very dirty , rooms are very small and there was no toilet seat in one room. Price shown is less but the room is not good so they ask us to upgrade to a better room with extra tariff they ask u

When i book the hotel which i saw in online it was good but when they provide me its totally changed its very bad rooms are not very clean although it was a short trip i stay there for 1night but i don't recommend anyone.

Room was good,well decorated, clean and clear. staffs are good,well behaved, friendly. but sorry to say that toilet was not well maintained. snail 🐌 was there in the toilet.commode was not properly maintained..cover of the commode was broken.. the basin was not clean.

Very bad and damp rooms, with no ventilation (talking about standard rooms, none of the staff is friendly, washroom fittings are all broken. I had to click a picture and present it at counter to ask them to at-least get it fixed to usable condition. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I'm not sure about their premium, and delux rooms.

Place was very unhygienic - it was filled with ants on the floor (both dead and live, the restaurant smelled of smoke, we let the staff know we will check-out by 6 to catch a flight so we requested to have our breakfast prepared by that time multiple times at night but in the morning breakfast was not prepared, the tv had no signal and ac worked after multiple tries, the entire place including the rooms stunk badly.

I was with my wife, I thought it was a decent hotel but it was the worst hotel, the washroom was very dirty with insects inside it. The bed was not comfortable. I was not expecting such a stay according to the amount I paid.
