Beds are dirty and not maintained. Insects/ants all over bed roaming here and there. Most rooms are having same problem. Furnitures with termites, bathroom smelly, rooms conjusted. Family/couples not recommended at all. . Budget friendly but if u add some more 100s in your budget. U can get better deal. Only good things is that a/c was super cool and working is the positive one in my room. Could not comment on all rooms but commenting on the room that is allotted to me.

Not a good stay you have a small budget. If choose this hotel otherwise one big advantage is very easy to access main tourist attractions is very near.

Room was not good we have changed our rooms. No water & tea services in room. No help from hotel staff. Very bad experience in park inn hotel.

Dirty bedsheet no soap no towel no blanket was there and in room there are lots of ants i complained but no action was taken

Visited in feb 2024. Location is super convenient with restaurants and market at walking distance. An excellent option if you're planning to spend most of the day outside. Nothing fancy but didn't find anything bad about our stay either. Decent budget friendly option. Staff was good and polite too.

Hotel rooms are not up to mark. They need to focus on hygiene and repairing of water taps. Specially focus on smells of the room. Provide a good interior of the room.

It's ok for us, chief and best and also nearby st s ( shuttle transport services, and local trip. They are providing two wheeler on rental basis. They are are very helpful and kind staff. But amenities is not good.

Park inn should not be in a hotel catagory at makemytrip it do not deserve to be called a hotel. No one to see at park inn if any guest is coming or leaving. They don’t care about the guest and their needs. Room service is not a thing there to think about. Even they don’t even ask for drinking water to there guests. Washroom was the real terrible thing with no ventilation and all the smell of washroom coming inside the room. The place have a filthy smell all around of it. This is all i remember about this hotel. Location is good, near to phone-ix jetty and arbedeen bazaar. Rooms are not in good conditions and also not very clean rooms. Staff is good.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to provide feedback on my experience. Unfortunately my stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. Firstly the television in my room was not functioning and despite being promised a sea view the room did not live up to that expectation. Additionally, i was informed that i could access a sea view from the terrace if i cut a tree which was both impractical and unacceptable. Moreover the behavior of the staff was concerning, as it seemed they were not fully attentive to their duties. The cleanliness in the room was lacking, with no towels or soap provided. I had booked a 4-bed room, but upon arrival, i was given a 2-bed room with the explanation that 4-bed rooms were unavailable despite my initial reservation. Lastly the air conditioning in the room was not effective, and the overall experience did not align with the information and images provided. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to enhance the quality of service at your hotel.
