Superb suite room

I booked mini suite and upon check in hotel has upgraded it to suite. Great gesture! it was located near civil lines with is a prime location. I have my car so roaming around the city, visiting sangam and other places was easy. Hotel services are also good. They provided extra mattress without any additional charge.

Everything was good. Decent rooms, nice staff. Free parking available but slightly tricky. Food was ok-ok but many great options nearby due to location

Room was not very good it was ok. There was dampness all over the wall. No sleepers. No comb are there. Remaining all things are good. Staff behaviour was good.

Room quality bad - raised multiple complaints and safety issues. Main room lock and bathroom lock broken. Floor have paint stains. Hot water not working. Bathtub not clean and even no soap in bathroom had raise complain to get it. This was their premium suite room. If this issue was with one room i understand but it was applicable to second room as well. I had booked 2 rooms. Please avoid booking at this hotel.

Terrible service. Please do not book here. 1. Broken handle of toilet multiple complaints no fix 2. Main door lock broken so basically no privacy 3. Bathroom no shower gel no door mat you can easily slip and injure after multiple complaints they gave doormat 4. Bathtub surface torn. 5. No hot water in december note : this upgrade room from mini suite to their premium room

The room was shabby with plaster missing in one place. It was not even prepared for the guest arrival. Had to ask for everything including towels. Bathroom was a nightmare. Even a little water would flow through entire bathroom making it slippery and dangerous. Breakfast was not included in the tariff and had to be paid for. The service was poor. Overall a bad experience

In my room the bed mattress is very bad quality.It is up and downs in some places and too soft...in bathroom the health faucet is leaked heavily.the balcony is very dirty.Overall iam not satisfied with the hotel.

Very nice stay at cennet prayagraj. Good location, professional staff, clean rooms. Only missing part was breakfast. Otherwise excellent option near sangam.

Very poor and slow service, we had to call them 5 times to get our things! we left our room told them to clean it they didn’t even bother to clean. The worst thing that happened and a nightmare for anyone was there was a shortage of electricity and it felt like where are we even staying?no lights no ac for long hours, i booked a suite with my family, paid heavy amount to not get my buffet for breakfast?the reason they gave was "only 4-5 people are there buffet would be a waste" but we paid such a heavy amount for the services that you guys gave on internet and mmt. Not even suggesting this hotel to my enemy.

Stayed in a mini suite room no 201. Apart from the size of the room and the location of the hotel there is practically nothing to be appreciated. Breakfast was a joke, no buffet just simply order over phone. Quality of food below average. Constant noise in the room. For the price paid the hotel does not justify the service and the quality overall. Can be absolutely avoided.
