They are good people. Service of reception is excellent and commandable. Good professionals, no waiting. Waiter was also good. Breakfast was amazing. I would like to stay here again and again. I recommend this hotel.

In cleaned toilet dirty towels with black spots. Doors of toilet is not proper. Rest is not poor, normal.

Worst experience! never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money. The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. I was regular user here last night when i checked in night receptionist gave me 506 it's was in ground floor with nice dnd service like u can't do call to any one or not receive any call because of in this floor there is no network. When i entered the wash room i saw few pieces of cigarettes floating in the wash room, even the wash room size was just like 4 bhk flats any how spend my whole night with fighting with mosquitos. Staff is very unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge. Worst staff why i am saying this is because while checking out i asked the receptionist. ( mohd anas) that my experience was the worst so i need to discuss with you but he saw me with an arrogant face n told me dikha nah i hai mai kaam kar raha hu. Any way i can explain too much for this hotel as a frequent traveler my primary responsibility to spread awareness which place is worth it or not poor front desk service poor food poor room cleaning they don't even deserve 1 star!

Very disappointment with the room service during my recent stay. The service was very poor, and i found the dining table area, as well as the blanket and pillow covers, to be unclean, water supply issue in washroom this was particularly disappointing given my positive past experiences at hotel kashi.

Hotel stay was excellent breakfast options are too good, rooms are nee t and clean if you are in prayagraj and want affordable stay including breakfast and dinner you must go with this i personally recommend this hotel

Very bad room service. The room was not well maintained, and even upon calling the room service/reception multiple times, there was no response. We ordered food from the room and it was served in unclean dishes. Very bad hygiene. The lifts do not work all the time. So had to take staircase multiple times to the 2nd floor.
