The towel and water bottle were not given while checking in, which is complimentary, otherwise it's okay

Food ok, room very small as per mm t room cost 1500 but make my trip chagred 3500. It's worst against price. Really unhappy

Room was very small. No mattress could inserted room. Room was 10/ 10 size room iris not even standard room. It was terrible. Lots of pain in two days. For each thing you need to ask for services. Yoy need to ask for room cleaning, more imp room was 1500 directly by make my trip you people looted by 3500 / per day with no facilities. Room only not value for money. Worse experience. Conflicts with guest with hotel staff. Not expected. They send us by their cab most unfortunately unprofessional driver who was arrogant. Having with family sr citizens and children it was terrible experience

The hotel room was just fine. But the lift had frequent problems, maybe due to power fluctuations. The staff were helpful and they even packed the breakfast for us

The lock of the door wasn't working so i was given a different normal room although i booked deluxe room.

It was very plea-sent stay, the staff was very helpful clean place and food quality was good
