Hotel rooms are not at all goods not same as shown in picture lots of seepage and you can hear lots of noise in coridors people movement in your room z you. Ankit even sleep in a day time if you want to take rest. Towels was not available on second day. As per them towels was out of stock for two days.

Everything else was good about the hotel. The room was good, food was good. Just that the wifi was not working for the whole duration i stayed in the hotel.

No room key i move up and down to get my room opened, cleaning not done changes of towel etc not done. Service was lousy with no of reminders. No card available at reception for telephone and address details.

when we reached at the hotel and check in to our room it was really very congested. we asked for different room in our same tarrif they said there is no room available. Anyway they didn't provided the room key even after asking for too many times. Dustbin were not provided in the room as well as in the bathroom also.we asked for the dustbin when we checked in the room upto the check out time. A big window with heavy curtain were hanging over the headside of the bed. we could not even relax at the bed. There were high voltage switches over the pillar which was adjoining with the bed. Too many times switches were turn of and on when you lying on the bed. They didn't provide us dental kit. If we asked anything related to hotel services they always said no. They provided us the dirty spotted towels. when we ask for new one they said you will have to use only this towel.Overall rude staff with no amenities.

Earlier the manager tried to deceive us by putting us in the cheaper and smaller room which i had not booked. I asked him to change to the twin bed room which he did. However the ac was not working in the new room so i asked to change the bedroom which took about 40 minutes to change to a third room. The bed sheets were also not very clean.

Approach very poor poor inhouse service. No whitener/milk powder pouch provided in room. Only tea bag provided. When requested for whitener, manager expressed inability as they provide tea bag only. Very limited food choice for lunch and dinner.

Room was descent, we requested extra bed and they provided a really dirty mattress, the linens were ok. There was no hand towel provided, the bath towel were also very hard. The worst part above all was there were mosquitos in the room!

This was my first visit to yashpadam and all i was scared because without any suggestion i found this on mm t and booked the stay. But after my one day stay i was happy and my friends too were appreciating the facilities provided by them and the staff there was so supportive even i have ordered the food from outside and they just allowed that also. All i want to say that i would definitely recommend this hotel for stay to my friends and family.

Not a clean hotel - staff is ok. Hygiene is an issue. Rooms are average and small. I booked it seeing the photos but was disappointed

Overpriced hotel, room was very small, washrooms was also very small, minimul options in breakfast, they are not able to an iron. Hotel gm is very unprofessional, we have raised complaint to him but he had not listened properly.
