They were so reluctant to provide water bottles for the second day of our visit. They were eager to charge for the bottles even when it's a custom to water bottles free of cost for every day.

Worst hotel ever i visiting. The receptionist with worst behaviour. It was mentioned that 3 hours before the chk in time i can check in but they were least bothered as it was booked via mmt.

First of all, 300 sq ft room is not 300 sq ft, it is just a small room and the mentioned size includes the bathroom. Rooms and corridor was smelling, cigarette ashes and dirty bedsheets. It was a worst experience i ever had in a stay. Breakfast buffet has limited option. Toilet seat is closing automatically, so u have to hold the lid. It was overpriced and not as per the standards it was that bad experience

Overall it was a nice experience. Room was spacious and also had a balcony. Two things which i noticed was: there was a foul smell coming from the menu card they kept in the room and also the packaged drinking water was also smelly (it was not expired. Also there is a rooftop restaurant where one can enjoy meals and music in the evening

There was no problem with the hotel stay, problem was with the bookings. We were not able to make the trip but inspite of repeated mails, my cancellation was not done.

When i reached hotel there is no room vacant although i already done the booking but staff is very supportive and arranged a room. Best part is no one will disturb you on your whole stay. Locality also good and food is also good. Good service overall

Completely unhygienic room was full of filth. I booked luxury room but instead they give me a tiny dirty room. Tap was not working i called housekeeping but no one came. Room lock was not working here no one pay attention to rectify it. Food was very costly unhealthy. Even if you are single person you have to buy everything one full plate. That is much. Wasting food is in their policy. They are responsible for food inflation and excessive ecological footprint. Staff were rude. Phone was not working no parking place no provision of driver stay in nutshell terrible and pathetic place to stay
