Hot shower was not working properly. No hair oil sachets available. In breakfast, very slow service and very much limited menu. Not satisfied at all.

Nice property, well maintained. Nice sumptuous food. However, ac was switched off at night. Good for november but the authority should be in dwellers hand.

Service in breakfast has to be better. Elevator servicing has to be done so that guest does is not left anxious as there was an instance of lift moving very slowly.

The stay was pleasant, room was fairly clean and staff was also helpful. Issue was with the food which was not at par with the cost.

Poor room dining service

Room dining services were poor. It took the about 45 minutes to deliver even 2 water bottles and tea in morning time.

I stayed at hotel ambiance excellency pune for one night on 9 aug 24. Overall stay was excellent. Hotel is very good, staff very cooperative, rooms are big, cozy & clean. Room service is good & food is excellent. A nice stay.

The property is not at all maintained and the staff not supported. The room is also not cleaned properly. I suggest hotel to maintain property

It was mentioned that hotel is 3 star, but looking at the room and toilet it was not looking like 3 star, hence i say it's average hotel. It was nowhere in comparison with any 3 starred hotels
