Room was not clean, wifi was turned off when asked multiple times then turned on wifi, after that as well internet issues. Eventually survived with mobile data. Waste of money.

The location is quite remotely located at least for outsiders, so make sure you carry all the necessary stuff apart from food, no medical store seems to be in reach within 3 - 4 kilometres, and don't be assured of the cabs and taxis they are a waste of time in the working hours and at night, overall the room was good, their service was nice but little slow, there's sufficient space to walk and really good ventilation too, big windows and nice lighting

The hotel didn't give any amenities. They charged extra money for drinking water. No food was available there. The door of the bathroom was not able to close from outside it was open always. The a/c was not having cooling and it was hot. They didn't give the wifi. Not recommended for anyone

Room is quite spacious. Scenery outside is hills so quite good. People are good. Garden restaurant is on the ground floor. Lifts are good. Room ambience is fantastic. Katraj lake is 2. 5 km from the hotel. U can do your morning walk there. Plenty of parking area.

My room was on the third floor and the lift was not working. Worse, intercom was not installed in my room. Very cold attitude of attendant. Had to always repeat my requests wifi was horrible and i made at least 4-5 requests for them to start. They used to manually switch it off. Room was average in cleanliness but toilet was unclean. Toiletries were not provided and i had to ask for them and after a long wait i received just a towel and a small soap, no dental kit. Food also horrible, both times i ordered location is nice

The rooms were not clean. Electricity was continuously misbehaving. Toilets were not clean and unhygienic. No room service. Television were not working.

As per my whole week experience the staff is so slow if you sky them plates or something else you have to call at least 2-3 times for it and if you need internet then don't go there wifi is always off. They dont have talking sense they dont know how to talk with customer. I dont recommend this hotel/lodge
