First of all non co operating receptionist. Ac is not working properly, non sense staff. Landline is dead and we need to call thier mobile number. No privacy of our mobile number. Whenever we call receptionist their call is busy or waiting. For room service we have to try their numbers half hours and more. Totally disappointed with their service.

Excellent place along with good staff and clean rooms. You get a good view of the dam along with a small swimming pool.

As per booking we have to accommodate 3adult in a room but the room was too small and the swimming pool wasn't working my son was very disappointed. So i request mm t to take booking after all proper confirmation of the hotel/resort. Thanks

Only good for restaurant and not stay

Room : not maintained, dirty bed sheets and stinky pillow covers. Bathroom exhaust not working. Balcony not accessible as water from ac leaking. Only the restaurant has good food but also expensive. Also no phone network in the room and wifi not working as well

The property of aquarius resort scores a 10 on 10. Amazing location touching the khadakwasla lake and absolutely worth the price. There are plenty of activities like swimming, indoor games, outdoor play area, 10d movie show etc. Which can be enjoyed by children and adults. Food is decent too. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms could be better maintained though but overall an amazing experience.

The location was very good with scenic beauty however the rooms were quite average. Basic amenities in the room were missing, also the room size was small. Food quality also needs a lot of improvement.

Overall aquarius resort has a good scenic beauty to explore. But lack of indoor games and other facilities. Services are not upto the mark. They need a lot of improvement overall.

Visit only for the location and good view outside the property not inside

Location is excellent with very beautiful view, but the rooms were below average with the kind of rental charged for a small size of it, for 3 people, food was ok, breakfast served most of the days of stay would become cold by the time it comes to the table, as well the staff at hotel/ restaurant needs some good hospitality training on how to handle the guests. When asked what is in for breakfast they would say everything in breakfast section of the menu and asked for specific items they would say no this is not served or available then again when asked what are the options, everything in the menu and when asked for specific items again not this one. Then finally we had to settle in for something. Bread in bread omelette, which was asked to be roasted, was done for a sake of keeping it on the tawa, even repeated the same way next day, amenities other than the room and restaurant weren't used. Service in the room was like, we had to request for every thing, like enough towels, toiletries supplies, reminder for the water bottle, for cleaning, also rooms and ac needs some good renovations or repair work and across the estates as well. But we had for 24/7 good hot water and when things were asked they did supply it, and fixed ac issues, tv remote had some issues but got fixed. Beddings which was torn replaced, all on request or reminders. Though,

Our experience was average. These guys having a very unique place with nice backwater view. But on other side with this they should improve their food quality and area maintainance for sure. Also rooms are not well maintained. Our room ac was in very poor condition.

This resort is situated on best location, superb lake view and lake side restaurant. Kids play area and swimming pool is well maintained, making overall great stay for family. Room view not so great but resort amenities excellent.

Value for money, great view and amazing atmosphere with dam view.
