There were cockroaches in the pantry area. Also, they didn't give me the 500 credit which was mentioned in the booking. I had ordered room service but they mentioned it needs ti be ordered specifically at their restaurant, which was not mentioned anywhere nor informed to me.

Worst hotel, no drinking water in room i got it after 2 hrs once i informed reception. Towel all dirty, geyser not working. Worst hygiene. Cockroaches in hotel. Other room guest were yelling at 3 am due to poor service. Pathetic breakfast. They gave street food at room in your breakfast. I check out same day and booked another hotel. Didn't gave me invoice while checking out. I am calling and sending reminders from 4 days but no response as of now.

Room was nice, but little expensive. Washroom was extremely small. I booked a suite. At-least in suites, washroom should be big. Buffet had less variety, but taste was good. Pane-er kofta in dinner was ultimate. In breakfast buffet, only south indian (idli, dosa, uttapam) and maharashtrian food (sabudana khichdi and misal pav) was there. I think you should add north indian cuisines (stuffed paratha, ch-hole bhature/kulche) too. In fruits, you should add more variety. Chicken sausage in breakfast was yumm.

It was a short stay but was an excellent experience. Truly 5 star feel rooms are comfy, kitchen in living room, balcony view, loved it, plus jym and swimming what more anyone can ask for in all inclusive with dinner

Amazing staff from reception to restaurant, everyone is very helpful and super nice. Suite room was exceptionally good, food was also nice. Booked for 5 nights couldn’t have had better experience.

Stay was okay, ac was not working properly and i had to use the fan along with it. Usually ac is enough for me. Food was good and everything else was okay. Location is safe and guarded.
