Lousy rooms, no hot water, no ac remote, no room service. Staff asked me to use zomato for food. One dirty towel and no windows mmt description is incorrect

First things first! the hotel does not even have an intercom communication system! the receptionist give you a personal phone number and you have to call on that for any kind of service. When i arrived, the floor of the room was all wet, like just wiped, and was smelling like dead rat. The toilet, it was smelling very unpleasant, and i had to turn exhaust fan, the ac of the room, and had to open all the windows to get rid of the smell. My stay was an bad experience!

Decent hotel

Affordable and a descent hotel to stay. Maintainance is good but dont have the food service. There is not much of good restuarants also nearby.

Property's hygiene and safety standards, staff behavior, food were all good. However, no toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste) were provided other than a soap.
