We booked on mm t but the hotel said the booking does not exist in their system. We had booked for a guest so it was rather embarrassing for us as the guest had to pay for a room now. Mm t says it is a software glitch, but i'm surprised that they do not take responsibility for such an error, make it sound like it's not their fault, it's a software glitch. I've mostly had good experience with mm t but this instance makes me wonder if they know how to handle instances where there are errors in their processes and systems. Very dissapointed.
