Ok good rooms and near to hotels and travels and stadium all food delivered in hotel plasent and pesuful location

Lift was not working we have to climb 4 fourth floor no care taker was there we need to take self service than what is the use of hotel staff no one came for cleaning.

It's is basic hotel with limited facilities. Break fast quality was really bad but staff was polite. Stay for few limited hours is ok

I stayed for 3 days here but not cleaning staff came to clean room once also and no dustbin in room no one was taking care of cleaning

It’s a decent budget hotel for short individual stays. Food service is practically missing but that’s what you expect at this pricing in a corporate neighbourhood.

The room was cramped and small without proper ventilation and totally different from the photos shown. The only difference between the deluxe and premium room is the type of bed. It is a total waste of money.

1. Worst experience ever we went to fab hotel crystal homes late night at 12 for check in and they said they are sold out and didn’t gave us rooms and then the owner called few goons to scare us it was there fault and we tried reaching out to customer care but couldn’t connect. I need a call back from customer care i have video of the situation how those goons were there to scare us

The stay was okay the staff was rude and i wasn't provided with morning breakfast inspite of me informing them the previous night that i would require it by 7 30 they told rudely that don't disturb us by calling very rudely behaviour i would like refund for my breakfast

Rooms are decent for the price. Breakfast comes late around 9 am so if staying for office work do not order. Also if coming late at night they all sleep after locking the main gate and difficult to wake them up.

2 days stay for office work

Clean room and toilets but no food service was available onsite. So when you visit make sure you have planned your food or other supplies as apart from stay not much is available in the hotel, when you pay the service boy cash he can bring you tea or other miscellaneous items from outside to your room. Also if you are planning to check in late night make sure you have called them and informed them in advance as the door is shut and all is dark at the late night , you may need to call them to come and open the gates

Cockroach around, no cleanliness

The room is not clean, not kept well. Mosquitoes around. Had to ask for good night. Which barely worked properly. Bathroom tiles were broken. They gave card of the owner to contact who did not even pick up the call. Very unhealthy room. No hygiene.
