Room cleaning very bad free breakfast is limit only for 50rupees per person bath towel is not hygienic more cockroach inside room no tea/coffee power in room no cleaning service while stay even if mentioned no proper response if any query raised overall very average stay. Waste of money

Good place for a night stay

The hotel is located near ting-re nagar, in ashok nagar and is close to walk to from the main road going towards pune airport. It is located inside a mainly residential area with lots of general stores and small eateries around. The hotel has the whole building and the rooms are well laid out, with enough space for 2 people to stay comfortably. The room i got was recently cleaned, the bathroom was spin and span and there was hot water throughout the duration of my stay. Drinking water is available from the water cooler on the ground floor too. The kettle in the room is quite good if you want to make any tea or coffee. The room service was quick and the food ok.

No laundry service were provided, water was chargeable, services were slow and breakfast was not provided on time but they have not given refund.

Did not like my stay at this hotel. It seems it is made for couples only who are looking for hourly bookings for their privacy.

Hotel is good in regards cleanliness but the breakfast is served too late at 10:30 hrs. Which is not feasible to have.

I recommend this hotel for family n business trip.

Hotel atmosphere is good. It's clean also but the manager is a little rude. But other guys are helpfull.

The service is poor there’s only one helper to cater the needs of all guests the receptionist was asleep at 0730 hrs he took too much time to check in

Not get refund on stay reduced

I have reduced my stay from 2 days to 1 day. They have confirmed the same send confirmation on whatsapp and also said that they will refund remaining amount. After i checked out i called customer care for refund and they changed from their words that refund will not process from our end.
