Stay in kothrud

Location was to our liking since we needed proximity to mit. There are a lot of food shops in a 5 minutes walking radius. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant. Room size is very good, very well lit and two fans and an ac. Mobile/cellular network in the hotel is very poor.

The negatives: i booked the hotel as post my moms eye surgery, i don’t wanted to travel back to my city. The lift wasn’t working and i had to take my mom via stairs to the second floor. It caused her inconvenience as she’d just had eye surgery. The bedsheets & blankets were used and not changed. They were stinking. The positives: however, the room & washroom were kept in a good condition. Staff was courteous.

Ok type hotel. Not well cleaned, found some cockroach roaming around the beds, breakfast quality ok type only. No variety of breakfast like other hotels provide. Not worthy based on price they are charging.

It's a beautiful place & the staffs are very cooperative & kind. It wouldn't matter even if you call the reception in the middle of the night & all you need is some water they will carter to your needs. The whole stay in every sense was amazing the whole team is tremendous.

Worst experience ever.

It was the worst stay ever the people at the desk are the worst but the cleaning people and the room service staffs were very nice. The reception person at night was the worst person he made our stay worst and in the name of breakfast the give us vadapav.

The property is good the rooms are very small. The bed sheets are very dirty and full of stains. The breakfast is pathetic. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. They take the orders of food etc and source the same from a restaurant located two kms away. After you order the food, you have to wait at least for an hour to get the delivery. Over all a very average hotel and not a good value for money proposition.

No wifi and toiletries

The main thing in amenities is toiletries and wifi which was not available at the hotel. I stayed there for 2 days without wifi even the breakfast was very unhygienic
