Most terrible and pathetic experience

It was the worst experience i ever had with ranjanas team, the amenities they mentioned are not available in the room most of the things are not working like tv and ac. While we complain about it they forced us to cancel the booking and leave the hotel. Staff was very rude and had no manners to talk with ladies.

Stay was not good. Rooms and washrooms are not clean. No room service was there to serve water. We have checked in little late and registration process was too lengthy. Need to improve. Thank you

Terrible Stay

I had a terrible experience at hotel, there was no water coming in bathroom in the morning and nobody even cared to inform the guest. Also there was no breakfast available at the hotel till 8 in the morning and when asked it would still take 30 more minutes for it. So in-spite of paying for the breakfast it was not available.

Worst hotel in wakad

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Frequent power cuts plague the hotel. Common spaces are unhygienic. Despite having check in time of 12 noon we were not provided with rooms till 4 pm. Phone lines do not work and there’s no water in some taps
