Bad hospitalityand unfriendly behavior

Pathetic hospitality. No mannerism and behavior. On arrival when asked to change the bed sheet, we were denied. There looked someone had used the bed already because we could see long hairs in the bed. When we asked for another kambal in the night, we were told we will get it in the morning. Such was the terrible experience in this hotel.

Cab driver found it difficult to find it out and it is away off main tel-co road. Absence of basic amenities like drinking water and tea. Although mentioned in booking about breakfast, the property doesn't have any kitchen.

Had a very bad experience with hotel and make my trip. I reached pune on 25th aug, at 6:00pm. When i reached the fab hotel rudra, they said rudely that we don’t have any rooms left, you talk to customer care. I struggled for 2 and half hour to talk and finally got a room in fabhotel gargi, which was substandard. Overall completely disappointed with the mismanagement by makemytrip. Sorry.
