I am a wild life photographer and frequently travel. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Staff is careless, they not even bothered some guest are in their hotel. Stinky room, bed-sheet were like not washed for many days. Lots of dirty marks, dirty towels, it was like some earlier guest already used them and they were kept on chair for getting dry. Bugs, ants, cockroaches freely roaming in room. When I asked in the how the taps are setup to get the warm water. Staff was saying "sir dono me se ek me aayega, thoda try karke dekho", not even bothered to come and show me. How can somebody called this 3 star, even any star hotel. MMT, I would suggest to remove this hotel from your list. Your reputation will be down. Big no.

It was a decent hotel for a modest price. The location is kharadi it’s right on the main road. It’s closer from Phoenix mall and Amanora mall both are about 20 mins away. It’s a good stay if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on accommodation.

It was normal, because I had visited so many hotels in past days but they had given me much better service than Chandan Residency. So that's why my expectations was high but because of Counter manager has taken money from me on the time of check-in and I had chosen the option pay at checkout so it does not worked their

Good experience to stay here. All necessary requirements I. E. Cleanliness, behaviour of all hotels employees are good. Location of the hotel is very good. Hotel is situated near national highway, in this reason all necessary items are easily available.

Hotel room was big. Staff is of less people. Kitchen and food are not up to the mark. Location is near to airport and Phoenix Mall which is good. Market is also near by so you wont have to worry about buying things.

It was nice stay, good service. Its near a junction where you get almost everything from food and Internet. I had come to Pune for an interview, they were renovating the place when I reached. A hotel which a normal eye would easily miss.

Bad experience in my life ever. The hotel location is poor, room was very dirty with bad smell and nil facilities. Pillows, bed sheets and curtains were dirty. Behavior of hotel manager was also rude. Due to these reasons we stayed only half an hour although we paid full amount. Make my trip did not coperate us.

I haven't faced this type of experience in my life, dirty pillows and bed sheets and convenient location price is to high for this facility and window side too dirty and condoms are there at window out side, no clean at all, better they have to chenage entire their procedure in cleaning

Good location, OK service, poor rooms. Near to Kharadi and magarpatta city and airport. They should maintain cleanliness. Lot of noise from other rooms. Curtains were bit dirty. Service boys are good. You get food delivered at your room from nearby restaurants.

There was a beer smell all over the room when I checkedin. The bathroom was pathetic, and no hot water as well. The bedsheets were not cleaned they st inked. The TV was in a bad state as the remote never worked.

Cooperative staff, room service good, all services were given by hotel, enjoyed lot will visit again it was very good time, with in 10 mins food was provided and most important clean room that's good. Thanks make my trip with chandan hotel.

Not worthy. Poor staffs. Poor room. Even? 500 per night in too much for this. Not expected from MMT to enlist this so called hotel in the list. Complete waste of money. Cleanliness OK but below benchmark. Please dont go for this Handel. Thank you.

The hotel is at very good location and economical. Room service is also good. Neat and cleanliness are maintained. Family restaurant is near to the hotel. The hotel is very near to the main road so, buses and taxies are always available. There is no lift facility, only stair is there.

The worst third rate hotel I have seen in my life. Zero cleanliness, zero room amenities, room is always stinking, unclean or unwashed bed spreads, pillow covers, towels etc. I would strongly register this complaint against MMT for recommending or listing such kind of hotels to their loyal guests. I don't have any option but to stay back for 3 nights as I paid full money in advance. Pathetic experience in my life.

The hotel is closest to Eon IT park and has nice rooms (at least mine was nice) and has nice service and free WiFi facility. Room was spacious and properly ventilated as it had two big windows. Also the toilet were neat and tidy.

No cleanliness, No card swapping facility, food not available - hotel guy will take order and they go outside to bring the food that to need to wait 2 hrs at least, not worth enough. Attaching the few snaps of the hotel cum lodge for reference. Please never prefer this, make my trip really not worth.
