The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The rooms and restaurants were well-maintained. Even with a wedding happening within the hotel, there was no disturbance and my stay was well managed. Thanks to the hotel management team and staff.

Stay at hotel hilt-on inn pune

I was parked in fifth floor ! room was ok but mirror light was not working ! the bath tub drain valve was not closing properly ! hotel does not supply news paper and not much variety there for breakfast ! i did not get the invoice from the hotel ! response from staff very slow ! restaurant staff needs training ! the cleaning staff on the top floor made the floor slippery and i slipped and thankfully no injuries !

Location was good. Food was average specially the night buffet which was cold food and some dishes not there itself. Room was also average. Room carpet near entry was wet. Overall very average experience.

The rooms are cramped. The hot water system was down so no hot water! no 24 hour coffee shop, no 24 hour room service! views from the windows are horrible to say the least! front desk guys were really helpful though and were rhetorical saving grace! kartik species had to bear the brunt of our annoyance for the hot water fiasco!

Stay was absolutely amazing and relaxing. Room was very clean and hygienic. Hotel staff, front desk has been very attentive. Special mention for housekeeping staff and lady who have been very attentive and prompt for serving.

Ot worth your money

The room was too small and congested for the price. The hotel dint seem like any star hotel with the ambience and the look of it. The reception service and the housekeeping were also really bad and not at all helpful. They couldn't arrange for one safety pin. The only good thing which i loved is the food. The room service food and the breakfast buffet was good.

Average Stay. For a 5 star property the hotel is not upto the mark. There was AC problem. The indoor temp was 23.5° and was not going down even after 2 technician visits. Around 8 pm the ac issue got resolved. We were literally roasting in the room. The bathroom was clogged since probably it wasn't cleaned. we were so tired that didn't want to change the room last min. So we cleaned by ourselves. Definitely doesn't felt like a 5 star property
