The rooms and atmosphere of the hotel was great. Even the food is delicious. I'm just not happy with the reception (lady staff behaviour.

Location is very convenient right on the fc road which is lively throughout the day and late night. Enough parking space. Food also was tasty. Washroom quite ok. Room service was also good. Though the road is full of traffic stay was peaceful.

Location was wrong. I was required to take three rounds. Service also not zogood as asked for towel not provided. Location is nice.

Staff is very welcoming, but the room's maintenance is not good. Fan did not work (in non ac room, and there was no hot water. The staff informed me that hot water is provided only between 5 and 10 am.

Good location, helpful staff. Attentive staff and front desk. Rooms are outdated, small tv, bathrooms that need cleaning and replacement of sprays and showers. Will not stay there again

Rooms cleanliness was not upto the mark. Smell coming in ground floor rooms. Rather food quality is improved a lot from earlier. Overall good.

1. there is no water bottle provided which is a basic amenity and asked us to pay for it. 2. wifi available but does not work at all. 3. ⁠hot water available only in morning. 4. ⁠they charge for whole day if late checkout and do not have any pro-rata basis 5. ⁠ac remote broken and does not work properly 6. ⁠they asked us to pay rs. 2000 for 8 hrs additional stay whereas i paid for 24 hrs stay booking.

It was a horrible experience with hotel ashiyana, the staff there especially the lady is just there to create false communication and loot money out of people, it is noticeable that they call us for the breakfast and say it is complimentary and later while eating / after eating they said, it is not included you have to pay extra, stop playing such word games, worst experience

Really great hotel, the staff is amazing! they let us check in at 2 pm. They were happy to let us keep our luggage with them for 4 hours after checkout, so we could do some last minute shopping. They were all extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were great, we got one bedrooms. Also, the location is perfect. Right in the middle of fc road, where all the interesting eateries and other places were. Great place, all in all.
