Reception was rude and arrogant while check in . Requested for single bed but was so rude in telling that the hotel is fully occupied and we don’t have it . You can cancel the booking. They even don’t have cloaks room for bags. They don’t take any responsibility for our bags. Very surprising experience for the first time in Pune.

Rooms are of good size & with a good view, but the hotel maintenance dept. has to really need to game up with bath fittings because the showers and taps just don't work with proper water flow. Fixtures of bathroom are age old & give you a feeling of Flintstones age 😉 While bathing or using the bathroom you'll feel as if you are bathing under a tap rather than a shower ..!
