Good - staff is good & polite. Service is nice. Wifi is properly working on 1st day. Parking is available. Rooms are clean. Bad - blankets are not good & not even comfortable while sleeping. I have paid almost 5k for 2 days which is very huge amount as per room size & washrooms. Need to improve lighting. Rooms wall putty or crack is not feeling fresh when we look around the room so we changed the room in 2nd day. Wifi is not working on 2nd day.

1. Bed sheet & blanket very dirty. 2. Toilet so structured that you have to adjust to close the door. 3. Overall room not presentable. 4. charged very high room rent. The actual room rent is very less than charged. No facility as claimed. Overall very disaapointing.

Rooms very small bathrooms are still smaller no value for money only good thing is it is centrally located and hassle free checkin would need a good makeover of rooms badly. Paint in room is peeling off but housekeeping is good

I was not able to find the hotel on given address. Around 2 hours of continuous call i was told it is under maintenance. Pols refund my money back without any delay
