I visited the hotel in evening around 8, on 1st communicated they simply said they are not working with mmt(make my trip), please discussed with mm t support team. But after they have communicated to the owner they allowed me to stay in hotel ( i. E. Wait for 30 mins. Room is not clean smell like garbage, not at all recommended for any one

Clean bedsheets and washrooms

Clean bedsheets and washrooms. These guys don’t keep towel and soap before hand. You need to ask for that. Some small cockroaches littering around dustbin, but they removed it when requested. Curtains not that clean. But very good at this cost, compared to other hotels around. Specially the washroom and bed cleanliness was great. It is on main highway of nagar road, so easy access to viman nagar and other corporate offices and airport.

Horrible hotel

The hotel was a horrendously bad and abysmal. The hotel room we were provided was full of cocktail roaches and smelled like a dungeon. We asked the hotel staff to clean it properly and despite the same, the smell was unchanged. There was no soap/shampoo provided. No linen provided. No hot water and the toilet seat was extremely unclean. Hence, we checked out on the first day itself. We are disgusted by this experience and won't be advising anyone to book this hotel.

Very poor stay. Hotel is located in viman nagar main road. Water leakages in bathroom in all parts. And stains in bedsheet. Not cleaned. Mosquitoes in ac room. At-least they have to clean the bathroom and fix the issues before admission

Third class bogus room

Tjere is no water in washroom. Faulty tap and jet pressure. There is uncleaned towels blanket. There is no water bottles gore drinking. I bought drinking water from outside. And i gave 1600rs for this third class bogus room. They had charged for ac room and gave non ac room. Very t gird class

The location is very good, it is opposite to phoenix marketcity mall staff was cooperative but the room was average, not so good.

Very comfortable and hope others too like the stay as i did. Thanks to the management. All the amenities are close by and didn't need any commute to reach any place.

Room is quiet ok. Well maintained. Good location. But tv is not functional. Remote is not working properly. Intercom also unserviceable. Not providing water.

Hotel manager Chandrasekar was friendly and staff was helpful too. Room clean and cosy. It was a nice stay!

I stayed 1 night with my family. Hotel is in prime location, just in front of pheonix mall, on the main square. Night manager, mr. Charankumar is really helping and friendly person. I really appreciate his dedication. Other hotel staff was also good and helpful. Hotel room was quiet good as per tariff charged. All in all this is a good hotel at prime location and good staff.

Terrible experience..I booked this hotel as I was able to see the hotel available. After booking the standard AC room I reached to the place. And went to the reception for booking confirmation. The gentleman sitting on reception said hotel is sold out how can you see the hotel online to book. We have closed the booking at 4 pm. He said to rooms available will give you refund. It was clearly mentioned that no refunds after cancellation. I explained the receptionist also showed him the PDF. After waiting for 10 mins he said ok we have a room but it is Non-AC. Its was midnight raining and I already paid for the room.so I agreed for the option. Room was pathetic, unclean , blanket was dirty and full of mosquitos. I tired calling reception for the good night etc no one picked up.
