Room lighting is very bad, breakfast is also very normal and not looking like 3 star hotel, locks of door are broken, bedsheet found in very bad condition.

1. The bathroom door lock was not working! 2. They didn't have a towel when it was needed. 3. Food was great. It didn't take much time ! 4. The room's refrigerator was not working. 5. Most of the things and facilities which were written in the make my trip's hotel policies were not there. Felt i was scammed !

Property's location was in the mid of the city & residential area. The walls of the room were damp, there were mold everywhere. But the food was good

The only good thing about the hotel is its location and humble courteous staff at the reception & breakfast canteen. Everything in the bathroom is in terrible condition, the beds are not comfy, poor dim lighting in the room of which 1 was not working.

Review: the hotel was average. The room was clean and comfortable, but the amenities were basic. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the service was slow at times. The location was convenient, but the surroundings were not very pleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, but i would not stay here again if i had other options.

Location is good, the room is very shabby with curtains torn, key hole broken, no card for access, old key given, room lights are governed by paper visiting cards inserted in keyhole for power, which stop working abruptly - the guy who comes to fix it says it is resolved forever and the moment he goes, the lights are gone.

I thought hotel kuchen chef is not good because food quality is so bad and so poor so i suggest don't try hotel food

Very bad lighting, not neatly kept, very unclean. Staff is supportive. Condition of bathroom very poor. Photos are deceptive . Overpriced. I would never go again. Worst experience

We always stay at this hotel but they're not improving their service it is very slow and when you order something they get wrong instructions and ask 2-3 times what you ordered when you specifically tell them again and again and still get wrong items cook for you, it is hygienic but service is very slow. .

It’s like lodge not hotel especially who travel regularly not fit at all
