They take booking for 2 suite rooms while they have provided me only executive room that too without any information and knowledge. Upon question, they asked me to cancel if i want but they don’t want any argument and can only offer executive room even without any refund or compensation. Other issue are power cut for 1. 5 hours just after check-in, no availability of cold water, ice etc, no tea bag or tea serving before 07:30am. I expect partial refund for not providing the booked room/service

The stay was good and convenient for the official visit. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Food was ok, but not as expected. Room amenities and staff behavior was good. I would recommend this hotel for official visits to mm chakan plant.

I found the fire exit locked. Front desk confirmed to me that they lock it up in the evening. This practice is highly unsafe and not recommended. Room wise the rooms are spacious and good.

Lights went of for about 1 hour in night around 8-9 pm on 21st september, hot water for bath was not available on 22nd september. Rest all was ok.

There are no buckets or mugs in the hotel also the laundry services are slow which i felt and they missed to clean the room once
