Room is spacious but lack of sound proofing causes noise pollution. Door lock is too hard and toilet door lock doesn't function properly.

Stayed for 1 night, clean and simple infact i had forgotten my phone charger at the room itself during the check out time and the receptionist was kind enough to remind me

Proper parking space not available, told to park outside on busy traffic road, geyser was not functioning, manager was arrogant, very bad experience.

Room space is not proper, mineral water bottle charges are also higher than mrp. Staff is good but paying room rent 2800+ early check in charges 500 is not worthy if we'll compare to other hktels

The stay at hotel key inn was pleasant. The room was tidy and the washroom was clean. No foul smell, no leakages. They provide basic amenities like ac, tv, geyser, toiletries etc. However, they do not provide a litre of water as complementary, which mostly other hotels provide. We need to purchase from them or we can bring our own from outside. Safety wise no concern. The staff was also polite. It's just 2 minutes away from the main highway, so connectivity wise no issues.

They're not taking the care of the clients. When the clients are gone to the room still rooms not arranged. In front of customer rooms are arranged. Means it's used for 1/2 hours for other clients after booking? dinner they're not having the kitchen orders are bringing from other side. Terrific behaviour of the receiptionist. I requested for good service he told me. U want take a room or go to cancel the same. We are not worrying about the guest.
