The food was excellent. The owner shri taupe himself suggested the food and was very courteous. Excellent service at their restaurant tasty bites. Their staff ashwin was also good.

The service has to improve. Stay was good. Place is good. Food from tasty bite is good but room service needs to improve.

Very badly managed. For basic things like soap and shampoo in bathroom we had to call the reception. Wi-fi didn’t work at all the whole day. Manager told us that the breakfast is included but when we reach the restaurant, they send us back. Very humiliating. When we ask manager he tells he is new and gives justification that because so much deductions such as gst etc are in the bill, we don’t save much, hence we cannot give breakfast. At arrival no staff was available to pick our luggage and take to rooms.

I had traveled to pune for my son's admission and since this hotel was nearest to the colleges, had booked the same. However, the experience was bad and hotel staff was unprofessional. Room, was dirty, toilet had stains and even the bucket provided in the washroom was dirty. All in all a bad experience.

Hotel rooms are fine, except they don't keep basic needs of say dental/shaving kits. Limited dining experience, yes we can have in-room service from next door restaurant. Breakfast service was just good, not great. Options are limited and slow in delivery. Given my purpose was to reach mit-id in the morning, chose this hotel (nearest. Price wise this is little more expensive for the experience.

Property is very pretty with good atmosphere, staff is very polite and helpful, specially restaurant staff is very polite and respectful and caring for us. Food quality is delicious. Everything is excellent.

I had stayed in majestique for the second time and it is one of the best hotels in lone the rooms were very clean, the stadf were courteous. The food is good and served swiftly qnd definitely will suggest this hotel

Got a used room initially. Then the room was changed after the reception person checked the condition of the room. There is no difference between standard and deluxe room. Breakfast is a la carte even if is included. Decent stay. Room service food was good.

I reach early morning in hotel 6:30 a. M this is my special request in form, that's why i say hotel staff gave me entry, he say no i have no room, you pay extra i will gave you new room, i gave money then he gave the room and before i already pay the money in advance full payment
