Being an author i am here for book fair, so this hotel is very near to my location. Food they don't serve and it's ok, we have lot of options available outside. But stay is cool and calm

Not so good experience in hotel nandanvan annex reception person is very arrogant, the room also lacks basic amenities such as the water tap not working, no intercom provided in the room. Not worth visiting again.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Parking was good. Overall felt safe. Place was cool and clean. Plenty of trees in campus. Good for family.

For the price being paid, i had quality experience. This is second time i stayed here. Room was big and clean. Hot water service is available, they have solar heaters. Environment is calm and pleasant. Its perfect for people who likes peaceful stay.

Not hard to find the hotel easy to find, but have to go outside to eat food, wifi has low speed and that's it.

Tv was not working, bed-sheets and pillow covers were not changed, ac was making big noise throughout the night, bathroom door was full of fungus. Tea served was extremely bitter.

This is a great option for the people who are looking for a no nonsense stay at an affordable rate in the middle of the city. Great prices! great location! this is a no nonsense place to stay at a great price in a central location in the city. Connectivity is good and prices are unbeatable.

Wow. What a superlative property. Fabulous amenities. Very clean interiors. Excellent and large exclusive rooms. Food was delivered to the room. Location was ideal. Just off fc road. Clean white towels. Good linen and upholstery. Everything was just fabulous.

This hotel provides you basic needs. It is simple and decent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Do not expect luxurious accommodation but it’s full value for the cost since you won’t find any other hotel in that vicinity at the price of nandanvan. There is no food at hotel except tea and breakfast. Breakfast is not included in the price if you book on line. You need to pay additional. But there are good restaurants within 2 mins walk for you to have that. If you are on 2, 3 days quick trip to pune this is a good place to stay

Not very much satisfied. No proper फूड service available at the hotel. No intercom system. cleanliness ok 👍 The bed is not comfortable. Its spring bed. The cushions are not smooth. Overall ok for a days stay.

Room & bathroom was clean, also allow before half an hour to check in. But non-ac room booking is not available on mmt also requires to improve room service.
